H4Tech is a recognized Freshworks partner and focuses exclusively on implementing and optimizing the Freshworks ecosystem.
With a growing number of projects around Freshdesk (Customer Support) and Freshservice (IT Service Management), we are looking for a freelance consultant to help our clients make their service processes smarter, more efficient, and more customer-focused.

Your role, more than consultancy

As a Freelance Consultant, you are the face of H4Tech to our clients. You analyze their needs and translate them into efficient solutions within Freshworks products.
At H4Tech, you are responsible for the entire process:

Analyze: You translate the client's business processes into smart workflows
Implement: You set up Freshdesk and/or Freshservice from A to Z
Advising: You act as an expert helping clients increase their customer and employee satisfaction.
Innovate: you integrate AI solutions and connect Freshworks products with external tools to create a seamless workflow for the customer

Who are we looking for?

Mentality above all: You are naturally helpful and derive satisfaction from a satisfied customer

Eager to learn: You enjoy diving into new software and processes
Communicative: You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Can you also manage in French? That is an added advantage for our Belgian customers (not a must)

Entrepreneurial spirit: You enjoy contributing to the growth of a young company
Innovative mindset: you closely follow the latest developments in the field of AI and automation and know how to practically translate these into customer value.
Technical insight: you have experience with (or interest in) APIs and integrations to enable different software packages to communicate with each other
